The challenge

Four branches, four separate sets of books. Head office could not see what was selling where until the paperwork arrived, stock transfers between branches were guesswork, and cash was the only reliable way to take payment.

What we built

• Deployed a shared point-of-sale system across all four branches so every sale lands in one place as it happens.
• Built centralised inventory with per-branch stock visibility, making transfers a decision rather than a guess.
• Integrated mobile money so customers can pay without cash and reconciliation stops being a manual end-of-day exercise.
• Gave head office consolidated reporting across branches, replacing the wait for paperwork.
