The challenge

SwimHub managed memberships, lesson bookings and payments by hand. Every new member meant paperwork, every booking meant a message, and the admin load grew in step with the club — which made growth something to survive rather than pursue.

What we built

• Built an online booking system for lessons and lane slots, removing the manual back-and-forth that capped how many members the club could serve.
• Integrated card payments so subscriptions and lesson fees collect themselves instead of being chased.
• Created member portals where families manage their own bookings, schedules and payment history.
• Automated the administrative work that previously scaled linearly with membership, so the club could grow without adding headcount.
